* Frequency accuracy is for tuning reference only. Absolute drum tuning note accuracy is influenced by acoustic coupling and damping between tuner and drum head. This appears as a small tuning error and diminishes to insignificance with increased spacing above drum head. This does not impact lug clearing accuracy or repeatability for saved and restored prior tunings as long as spacing is held similar.
